Are all sales final?

How long do I have to report a problem?
3 days after delivery.
Do I get a refund if I change my mind?
No, only for damaged or not-as-described items.
What if the seller doesn’t ship?
If tracking doesn’t confirm delivery, you may get a refund.
For Sellers
When do I get paid?
After the buyer confirms delivery or after 3 days of “Delivered” status.
What do I need to sell?
A valid ID and verified phone number.
What can’t I sell?
Medications, drugs, alcohol, expired goods, weapons, or anything illegal.
What if I break the rules?
Your account may be suspended and funds withheld.
