Timatimone.art provides a safe online marketplace where independent Sellers can connect with Buyers. By using this site, you agree to the following policies.

2. Buyer Policy

• All sales are final unless the item is damaged in transit or not as described.
• Buyers must report issues within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details.
• Refunds may be issued if approved by the Marketplace.
• Fraudulent claims or abuse of the system may result in account suspension.

3. Seller Policy

Sellers must verify their identity by providing a government-issued ID and a verified phone number.

Listings are reviewed before publication.

Sellers must:

• Accurately describe items with honest photos
• Ship with trackable carriers
• Package items securely
• Comply with all applicable laws

Payments are held until:

• Buyer confirms delivery, OR
• Tracking shows “Delivered” and 3 days pass without dispute.

4. Prohibited Items

The following may not be listed or sold:

• Medications, drugs, alcohol
• Expired or unsafe food items
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives
• Counterfeit or stolen items
• Hazardous or illegal goods
• Any item prohibited by law

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Tracking is required for all orders.
• Lost packages without proof of delivery may be refunded to Buyer.
• Damage caused by poor packaging is Seller’s responsibility.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Buyers must file disputes within 3 days of delivery.
• Marketplace reviews all evidence (photos, tracking, communication).
• Refunds may require item return with tracked shipping.
• Marketplace’s decision is final for platform purposes.

7. Liability

• Timatimone.art does not take ownership of items.
• Sellers are responsible for their listings and compliance with laws.
• Buyers and Sellers agree to indemnify Timatimone.art against legal disputes arising from transactions.

8. Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Disputes will be handled in New York courts.
