Return and Refund Policy
Custom and Original Artwork
All artwork is original and custom-created. Due to the unique nature of original art, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged piece and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production or packaging has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged items once approved. Custom-made items that are not damaged are non-refundable.
