Shipping Methods & Processing Time
We offer shipping via trusted carriers such as USPS and Shippo. Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
International: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

Shipping Zones & Customs
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees upon receipt.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Packaging & Art Protection
Each artwork is carefully and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives with visible damage, please inspect it immediately and contact us.
Return & Refund Policy
Custom & Original Artwork
All artwork is original and custom-created. Due to the unique nature of original art, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged piece and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production or packaging has not yet begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged items once approved. Custom-made items that are not damaged are non-refundable.
