At Timatimone, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our paintings and artworks are custom-made or made to order, we have the following refund policy in place.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us review your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A full or partial refund to the original payment method

Customized and Made-to-Order Artwork

Customized or personalized, commissioned, or made-to-order paintings and artwork are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
